Welcome to OpenClaw AI Agency. By accessing or using our website, AI assistants, API integrations, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Description of Service

OpenClaw provides AI-driven automation services, including but not limited to standalone AI sales assistants, CRM integrations, and chatbots deployed across various messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp and Telegram). We offer tools to automate leads, quotes, and business operations on private cloud environments.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use our AI bots to generate or distribute malicious, harmful, or legally prohibited content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, servers, or other users' private cloud deployments.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the core functioning of the OpenClaw platform.
  • Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms we integrate with (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.).

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality encompassing the OpenClaw AI Agency branding, landing page, and proprietary codebase are exclusively owned by OpenClaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Clients retain full ownership of their proprietary datasets, CRM leads, and knowledge bases integrated into their private environments.

4. Third-Party Integrations & APIs

Our services rely on third-party Large Language Models (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) and third-party messaging providers. Your usage of these integrations through our platform is also subject to the respective terms and policies of those third-party services. OpenClaw is not responsible for outages, rate limits, or content restrictions imposed by these external providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpenClaw, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your absolute access or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Service Availability & Warranties

While we strive for high uptime (e.g., 99.9%), your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OpenClaw expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or direct communication channels. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
